Gorillaz Sound System was a project fronted by Gorillaz crew member (and Russel’s voice actor), Remi Kabaka Jr.. The project involved various DJ sets with unique visuals and various new mixes of Gorillaz tracks. Starting at an MTV party in 2007, it ran from 2008 to 2015; returning for Demon Dayz Festival Margate in 2017.
